I started using Bookmory in August. Where have you been all my life? It tells me I’ve logged 32 books since August. Finished 24, DNF’d 5, paused 3. I wish I started keeping track since January, and I wish I had more time for my books😩
Grateful for songs like Odun Ayo by @tybellotweets It is one of my most listened songs. Any day I wake up on the wrong side of the bed or I’m simply having a bad day, I play this song and keep saying “I mark this day with joy”.
When you finish a book and want to start a new one but you think the one you just finished deserves a moment of appreciation.

I’m not so quick to DNF books I’m not enjoying anymore. Now I’m genuinely willing to stick it out in hopes that it gets good(while looking for issues with the plot dev and writing style). As an editor, you can’t just dump a book because you’re not feeling it right? Right??
