Yesterday, JOA’s Chair, Deputy @CarolynLabey had a productive meeting with Acting Under-Secretary General @JoyceMsuya As cochairs of @UNOCHA Pooled Fund Working Group the discussion involved how a small jurisdiction like Jersey can play a lead role in the humanitarian sector.
