My first experience with @FlySwoop went like this: $100 fee for overweight luggage with no option to take anything out and a massive goose egg on my head due to items flying out of overhead carryon space.
5 hours of boarding and exiting the plane after arriving to buffalo instead of Toronto due to fueling and weather issues @AmericanAir FINALLY decides to cancel my flight home and send 30 passengers in shuttle buses to Pearson airport... FROM BUFFALO which was never a destination.
I feel like I'm wasting my days away doing things I don't enjoy
