Please can we take a moment to celebrate the very act of celebration, to salute the spirit that brings these people to the top of a mountain in pilgrimage. There is simply no sport like this. Nothing hits like this. @ThibautPinot @GroupamaFDJ @LeTour @eurosport @gcntweet

Many people at some point in life find themselves in a “dark place”. You may struggle in this place for what seems like a lifetime; or you might just momentarily fall into that place sometime in the future. The truth is, while there may be people around you to help or guide you,…

An often quoted military tenet is "no man left behind". Shameful that so many Afghans who served with us have been thus left behind in terrible conditions, simply for want of political will. Today, we have written to the PM about our duty to bring our comrades to safety👇

After Afghanistan fell, the UK Govt promised to relocate the Afghans who bravely served with us. They are failing on this obligation & there’s no plan to get those Afghans left behind to safety. We must not renege on our debt of honour to them. Read our letter to @RishiSunak👇🏽

From 2001-2021, 70.000 Afghan soldiers and police died fighting for their country, defending it against the Taliban. Their sacrifice and courage should not be forgotten.

"Evacuation" starts this Sunday on @Channel4 It's a 3 part series covering the very human stories of the airlift out of Kabul in 2021 - a story that needs to be told, for many reasons. Please share this trailer and watch the series when it airs.

Tens of thousands of people who fought and worked with the West in Afghanistan are still left behind, hunted by the Taliban. Their lives have been destroyed because they were our allies and we betrayed them. We owe them so much more, and so much better. 🇦🇫
