Normally great company #Bose has #failed me. Just purchased #Frames from @Bose, they don't work. Support sez they r discontinued "for warranty only" and offer earbuds instead. Frames still 4 sale on their website! CS see I could BUY new, but no replacement! 12 month warranty!
