In my experience, most OAPs used their working lives to make the world a better place for future generations Stop exploiting their financial insecurity to justify spiteful inequalities. #FutureGenerations

Investors (non-farmers) were responsible for 56% of UK farmland purchases last year. (Strutt & Parker) Farmers are being squeezed out. Not by IHT, but by tax-dodgers. Those same tax-dodgers who are now supported by, er, farmers.

Cold shut-down libraries And no pools for swimmers; Food banks and clothes banks And queues for hot dinners. Parks with no sand pits And rusted up swings These are a few of austerity’s things.

Absolutely, a poster in Manchester today. Worth a read.

In April 2027, private pensions will be subject to inheritance tax. Here's what you can do to avoid Labour's stealth tax raid.

These #Reform pricks thought they could make a thing about veterans planning to turn their backs on #Starmer at The Cenotaph. That didn't happen, so now it's why can't Nige play too? They know very well why. The only fighting most of them have seen were in the summer riots

OK, let me solve American "economic anxiety" very quickly. I'm gonna sort it out for you in less than ten tweets and then you won't have that excuse anymore. You ready? Here goes. The cause is capitalism and greed. That's it. Nothing else. Just that.

We have to accept that millions of Americans are misogynistic, climate change denying, racist fucking lunatics who don't give a single fuck about anything apart from the price of gas in their tanks. Having done that we need to stop caring about America and build a better Europe.

🚨Public Service Announcement🚨: If you tell black people to celebrate the success of a black person who we hate, (e.g. Kemi Badenoch ), you are telling us you think our skin colour matters more than who we are as people... So sincerely fuck off.

Finally, a more general point. Having a job does not entitle you to some sort of moral superiority over your fellow citizens. If you think that it does, then you are completely devoid of empathy and, for all intents and purposes, are just a bit of a knob! #DisabilityRights 3

I loved @JaneyGodley She made me laugh every day, she loved a sausage, and no one has ever given a more comprehensive assessment of the personal qualities of the 45th President of the United States. #RIPJaney, and condolences to her family and friends.

My advice, for what it’s worth: try not to be distracted by the faintly discourteous, the mildly incompetent, the harmlessly obnoxious. Roll with the delayed trains, dropped litter and misused apostrophes. Save your powder for the truly malevolent creatures now stalking the land.

Robert Gros made £27m selling useless gowns via the VIP PPE Lane, of course he never paid back a penny, he bought 2 mansions instead. RT and see if we can make him as famous as Michelle Mone.

I don’t really do endorsements. I’m not shy about sharing my views, but I hate politics and don’t trust most politicians. I also understand that people want to hear from me because I am not just a celebrity, I am a former Republican Governor. My time as Governor taught me to…

I’m not going to retweet Honest Bob Jenrick’s latest desperate grift. Suffice to say that stoking conspiracy theories about live criminal cases is potentially a contempt of court. And any politician who saw the summer’s violence and behaves like this is unfit for office.

Honestly the vast majority of British people want to be able to own or rent a home, pay their bills, feed their kids & maybe have a holiday once a year, while having functioning schools, NHS & public services. That’s it. Give us that & we don’t care what anyone else earns.

The American Dream: "I want to be rich." The British Dream: "I want the rich to be as poor as me." Harsh? Fair?

Those of us who remain on this hellsite and do not share the owner's values are the #Xdissenters. We will keep pushing back against the liars, the racists, the misogynists, the fascists. Never let the far right push you out of any space. And wear the label with pride.
