Managed to get re-calculation of mesh normals to work with my gerstner waves in godot! with num waves you can change the amount of waves simulated, the waves are additive so need to adjust wave amplitude as you use different wave counts. #GodotEngine #GODOT #indiedev #gameart


✨Stylized grass in Godot✨ I recreated an RVT like workflow to have the grass sample the colour from the terrain using a subviewport to get that nice Blending, along with some other sprinkles of magic in a custom shader for HTerrain detail layer #GodotEngine #indiedev #gameart

Can anyone help me find this video for Blender😃 It was a short explanation of how to make meshes look seamlessly attached without having to edit the geometry through some Data transfer trick in Blender. Saw it on twitter a couple of days ago. help😄
