Contract policing is broken in Canada. @CoaldaleAB is the only small town in Canada that has to pay 100% of the costs for RCMP policing. The feds should be paying 30% but because of their refusal to do so, ratepayers in @CoaldaleAB have paid $4M in extra costs. 1/4
Residents can now purchase extra solid waste bins including garbage, compost, and recycling bins for $125. Monthly rates for extra bins are as follows: Garbage$11.50 Compost$9.00 Recycling$9.00 To purchase an extra bin, please contact the Town Office @ 403-345-1300.
