All stakeholders, including insurance co’s — we need to increase efforts to make lacrosse more accessible. Take an expensive sport to play like football. It’s been a class equalizer b/c of funding of equipment at a state, local & private level + nationwide HS sanctioning. (1/3)
When I first started playing, my school gave me gloves, a helmet, shoulder pads, and the coach bought me a stick. If the school and coach didn't do that, I probably would've done something else. Lowering the barriers of entry to the game would allow more kids to play.
