Delighted to have completed this COSP training; very interesting learnings and excited to start sharing it with parents and care givers.
Player centred environments; it's important that management teams respect and appreciate players lives and time outside of playing. It's also important that management teams ask themselves how well are they utilising the time if they are asking players to meet 4/5 times a week.
