Many times, it’s not other people underestimating us; we’re underestimating ourselves. It’s not the Goliath’s holding us back; it’s the lies that we’re buying into. Don’t discount what you have. If you needed more, God would have given you more.
I can’t promise you that you won’t get knocked down in life, that there won’t be times when it’s not fair, but I can promise you that if you’ll get back up again, God will give you beauty for the ashes. He will pay you back for the wrongs.
People will hate others for being loved right because their relationships have never even reached an appreciation stage lol.
The Holy Spirit is called our helper, our counselor, our guide. The more sensitive we are to His whispers, what we’re feeling—the promptings, the nudgings, the impressions—the further we’re going to go.
It’s important to get quiet and listen to the whisper, listen to what you’re feeling. That’s God speaking to you. Pay attention to His still small voice.
A true relationship is when you can tell each other anything and everything. No secrets and no lies.
If someone sticks by your side through your worst times, they're the ones who deserve to be with you through your best times.
