Is there anything similar to the @FPCAction chart firearmspolicy.org/fpc_2a_legal_t… re 2A challenges? That chart is fantastic, but looking for one including cases they may not have been involved with? @2Aupdates @fourboxesdiner @uwyo_firearms
Requiring government permits to purchase, own, or carry firearms are blatantly unconstitutional. 👏 Pass it on.
news2a.com/national/restr… It seems there is some sanity left in this world after all. A Biden-appointed judge issued a restraining order against #NewMexico Governor @GovMLG's highly unconstitutional ban on concealed carry. Sheriffs have already said they won’t enforce it and now…
Take a page out of Apple’s playbook. The absolute disgust I have with your company’s actions is overwhelming. amp.theguardian.com/technology/201…
That’s cute but no. What you should be saying is you won’t hand over combos unless you are COMPELLED by a warrant to do so. No matter how you try to spin it you VOLUNTARILY gave the combo to law enforcement, and violated your customers interests and privacy.
Unless the warrant was directed at you to provide the code, there is absolutely no reason you should have turned that over. Your refusal to provide the codes would have been in compliance with all laws and would have shown your customers you care about their privacy. Deplorable👎🏻

Literally every gun law you support exempts police
Nine years ago today, Michael Brown, a young Black man, was fatally shot by a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri. The shooting ignited national outrage over police violence that disproportionately impacts Black Americans. We hold Michael’s loved ones in our hearts as we…
"This amendment was added to keep the federal government from passing any rules that would interfere with the lawful possession and use of arms by the people."
This is so true. “Research” centers like @DukeFirearmsLaw, @NJGVRC, @JohnsHopkinsSPH, and others continuously release studies that don’t show the entire picture & reek of an agenda, something I noticed in law school. So thankful @uwyo_firearms is here to help spread the truth.
The Bruen decision did “set off chaos” in courtrooms across the country. It also affirmed the importance of a non-partisan research center that works to ensure that all voices are empowered and heard. wsj.com/articles/why-t…
Isn’t that just a curious piece of neglected history
No, they weren't. From before the military adopted it, we have: "superb hunting partner"
Sixteen states filed an amicus brief today in support of New Jersey's Bruen response bill. The most notable thing, though, is the what provisions the states didn't try to defend: The vehicle carry ban and insurance requirement. firearmspolicy.org/koons
So the restriction protects lawfully armed civilians from being mistakenly shot by officers. Yet LEO’s are so safe, trained, and experienced they’re exempt from the restrictions in ch.131 🤔
The only amicus that mentioned NJ's vehicle carry ban is the one from the County Prosecutor's Association, which argues it's necessary because the state has more traffic than others and because police can't be trusted to not shoot carry permit holders after pulling them over:
County Prosecutor’s Association trying to justify prohibiting vetted, qualified, carry permit holders from being able to carry in cars because in a traffic stop it “undoubtedly could lead to a rash reaction by the…officer,” who State exempts from restrictions.

On this day in 1999, Smith & Wesson Pro Shooter Jerry Miculek set three new world records with his S&W Revolver. 1️⃣ Eight shots on one target in 1.00 seconds 2️⃣ Eight shots on two targets in 1.06 seconds 3️⃣ Six shots, reload, then six shots on one target in 2.99 seconds.
NJ CCW qualification standards for civilians are now more difficult than those required for LEO. This squarely undermines the State’s position that LEO shouldn’t have the sensitive places restrictions, or mag restrictions, yet civilians should. State’s justification was that LEO…

As many of you are aware, yesterday, the @NJSP posted four documents that address the "interim training" requirements for NJ PTC holders. There are many questions that naturally arise out of the requirements and much confusion. These questions will need to be answered by…
