It is towards the end of mens mental health month now but i thought i would share a little bit about my mental health anyway hopefully it can help someone (1/17)
It’s a good mindset to have and yes it can be a ‘superpower’. But as someone who takes meds, no it doesn’t cure it. There are pros & cons for ADHD that will differ person to person. Basically, think positively, but be careful not to invalidate the genuine struggles it brings.
