Can’t wait for this to open. Incredibly cool concept.

Yes! Best Do-nuts in the land! Happy to be involved with their first Memphis location. Been wanting one here for years!

The first Shipley Do-nuts has just opened, at 1010 N. Germantown Parkway in Cordova. But it won't be the last. bizjournals.com/memphis/news/2…

Congrats to my good friend Brian Adams. His store will do very well in Lakeland!

Booze news: The owners of Germantown Wine and Liquor have opened to store twice as big in the Lake District in Lakeland. And the holiday-themed Miracle Pop Up has returned to the Liquor Store on Broad Avenue. bizjournals.com/memphis/news/2…

impossible to commit without severe punishment. The DA must deliver justice. Capital murder demands the death penalty.A plea or lesser charge is an insult regardless of race, gender or social status. @samhardiman @FOX13Memphis @bdriesdm @WMCActionNews5 @3onyourside #ElizaFletcher

Congrats to Coach Luckett @CBHSbasketball! Well done guys!@CBHSAthletics

Ballgame: CBHS wins it, 79-72. That's a very good team the Brothers just beat. Chandler Jackson and Michael Pepper each with 20 points.

I’ve got the perfect space for a JArt Gallery on S Main.

If I rent a building downtown and fill it with giant posters of Ja dunks, will all of you come and pay me $20 each to view it? I’m calling it The (JA)rt Gallery. @memgrizz

Congratulations to our client Landmark Commercial on the recent disposition of their mixed use property 8 South Main in Downtown Memphis. The North side of South Main really has a lot of momentum, and it’s exciting to see what’s coming next! @JHigdonCRE @AY_Memphis

I played for Coach Kelso many moons ago and firmly agree that he deserves a last year victory lap. His success and all that he’s done for @CBHSMemphis is undeniable. Good article @geoff_calkins dailymemphian.com/section/sports…

Memphis vs Errrbody indeed. @Twitter included

A number of accounts that Tweeted the word “Memphis” were temporarily limited due to a bug. It’s been fixed and the accounts have now been restored. We’re sorry this happened.

I am crazy buzy and new deal flow is coming out of the woodwork now. I sense that companies, people sense we are in the 4th quarter of COVID, maybe early 4th quarter but it's time to move forward. I have gotten so much new business in the last 30 days. I sense optimism #CREchat

Property management unit economics - the key to running a profitable business. A thread. The basic "unit" in property management is.... a unit (AKA a door). Eg, we manage ~450 units. Below I'll discuss Revenue per Door - what is it, how to measure it, and how to improve it.

Terrific info and advice! The key is to find the right deals. That’s where experienced commercial real estate advisors help....

Theory: Very few real estate investors buy deals over $1MM. Of the ones that do, they outgrow the $1-3MM deal quickly, moving up to larger deals. Therefore: $1-3MM is the perfect place to buy RE locally for an aspiring RE investor. Sub institutional, too rich for mom-and-pop

Hey @PCPGtyler whattya think a about Bane headed to my hometown Grizz?!
