Pure nonsense. There is plenty of public art today. Churches themselves were either stripped by the State of their art or stripped themselves. The greatest works of art are <not>locked in mansions. This makes for great theatrics and hysteria.

Even if one grants that the State can “see the whole of society” it most certainly does not follow that it can direct it. The distribution and allocation of scarce resources by the State leads to mismanagement by bureaucrats.

We have all sorts of moral responsibilities but where does the State come in to force us to use our wealth to fulfill them. What is the limiting factor for the State?

Ok, so yes we do have a moral responsibility for sure but what if one chooses not to use it their wealth that way? The State then redistributes it for them?

Nope, it’s quite simple. Only two ever observable sexes in nature. Complications can occur in sex development for sure but this is not a confusion of the binary nature of sex.
That omits phenotypic sexes, like androgen insensitivity syndrome. Sex is, in fact, pretty darn complicated.
