Eliminating alcohol 100% from my life has been one of the best decisions ever. I've never been a heavy drinker. I'd say I would have 0-3 drinks per week. Even stopping that low/moderate drinking, I noticed multiple benefits in my mentality and life. #ElevateYourFatgership
