I feel like there should be a “Prescription Drug Harm Fund” where 1% of all sales get put into a fund to provide compensation for those who get injured. If we want these drugs around, we should take care of the people they injure. That should be a given. Chronic #akathisia.

Tardive akathisia, tardive dystonia, tardive dyskinesia… Most doctors (and patients) don’t know about the first two. Who knew there were so many horrible things that could happen months after you stop or start or even change a dose?

PSSD is unpredictable. I was on various antidepressants throughout my life and had 0 sexual side effects or emotional blunting on them. Only after coming off my last ssri did I lose all my emotions, sexuality and sexual function. If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.
