Clearly, this game revealed that the Jags are not yet elite nor ready for prime time. Offensive line issues, repeated turnovers, etc. Will be a good season and may well make playoffs.. But seem not competitive enough to go far. Hope I'm wrong!

From the NC mountains to the rockies. Majestic! Even rented a truck and put on a cowboy hat! Gotta fit in!

Real drop off from last years. Clearly , QB experience an issue. But there is lack of discipline normally characteristic of Clawson team at WFU.

It’s hard to imagine a more painful loss than the one Wake Forest had at Duke. The game gift-wrapped for them — In the fourth quarter — and they had so much at stake. Yet they gave it away. Watch here👇 (and please subscribe) youtu.be/ER-jwWZGf8E?si…

Participated with 100s of volunteers today in Asheville rebuiling Jones Park, now Candace Pickens Memorial Park. An amazing story of community collaboration having privately raised over $300k and with several hundred volunteers contributing their labor. It was fun & inspiring!

Went to see Pippin last night at Asheville Community Theatre, directed by the incredible Robert Arleigh White. What a great and entertaining show! We all need to support our community theatre.

I went to speaker @FacetoFaceWFU series at Wake Forest Univ where EJ Dione interviewed Doris Kearns Goodwin & Michael Beschloss. These presidential historians offer a unique perspective & provide context for our current mess. If we value our democracy, we need to listen to them!

What is abundantly clear is the absence of effective leadership by @SpeakerMcCarthy He has catered to the hard right and boxed himself in. He clearly cares more about his speakership than what is best for the country. We need a true stateman in this role which he is clearly not

The New Yorker cover is classic and tells the story. The fact that these politicians don't know when to walk away says something negative about thought process (& a commentary on ego) While I'll support @POTUS over Trump, I don't do it with enthusiasm. It's time to move on.

While npt suggesting it is the total issue, play calling for the @Jaguars is far less aggressive and creative now. It has made a difference in the way we play.

I agree that ACC likely had to do this for survival, but still saddens me. Going to be "All Coasts Conference" now? It's going to be a travel /logistical nightmare. Change happens!

If you told me 5 years ago the ACC would add a Texas and Cali schools, I’d say you’re out of your mind and that’s a terrible idea for the ACC. BUT Given the current playing field, upside of the new schools, and survival on the line, it was the absolute best move possible

Today, I’m excited to endorse @JoshStein_ to be the next Governor of North Carolina. Term limits prevent me from running again, but I know Josh is the right choice to double down on the progress we’ve made.

Attended event for @JoshStein_ for N. C. Governor this evening. It is imperative that we elect him to insure sound governance in this state. I encourage others to support and contribute. This is an election of immence consequence for the state.

Obituary for M. C. “Ceree” Harden III jacksonville.com/obituaries/pfl…

Philanthropist, business leader M.C. 'Ceree' Harden III dies at 70 bizjournals.com/jacksonville/n…

My dear friend Ceree Harden passed away Monday. I am so very sad. Ceree, more than anyone, welcomed me over 30 years ago and was my encourager & supporter. He was my advocate in the city in leadership. I could always count on his faithful friendship. I will miss you, brother!

Pastor used Joseph passage where cynical brothers called him a "dreamer." We were reminded of the inscription on Memphis motel where King was shot. "Here cometh the dreamer, let us slay him. And we'll see what becomes of his dreams." We were challenged: What do WE dream for?
