Here for @mfarrellsports I look at the Dan Lanning to the NFL rumors and who could succeed him at Oregon. Very interesting scenario and names to dive into. mikefarrellsports.com/college/the-fu…

Coaching change ahead at Ball State. Look for a candidate list I'll have coming out soon for @mfarrellsports .

Sources: Ball State has fired coach Mike Neu, as the Cardinals are 3-7 and Neu has gone 40-63 in nine seasons there. Neu won the MAC title in 2020, which was his only winning season there. He led Ball State to a pair of bowl games in his tenure.

This is interesting. I usually don't read too much into these but the NFL is a copycat league and he gives off the Dan Campbell vibes. If he has the desire then now makes sense. If he fails in the NFL he comes back and gets an elite college job like Saban, Spurrier, Kiffin, etc.

REPORT: Dan Lanning is generating buzz in NFL coaching circles, per @JFowlerESPN on3.com/news/dan-lanni…

Who will be the next Kennesaw Statw head coach after the firing of Bohannon? Here for @mfarrellsports I look at 5 candidates. We have some young and some old, some beterans and some who've never been head coach. @Kb1Raw @CHbanderson @Drew_Cronic mikefarrellsports.com/college/head-c…

This morning I was informed directly from AD Overton that he was making a change in leadership. Contrary to what’s been reported, I want to be clear that I did not step down from my position as head football coach at Kennesaw State University. Since we started the football…

The legacy media lied to you

I'm surprised this happened but it is probably deserved. They're better this year than a lot of people expected and record wise about right on par. Overall tenure wise it isn't good enough but I'm ok with one more year.

College Gameday set up outside of the Capitol building for election coverage would be elite. Imagine Corso putting on a Trump or Kamala head at the end of the show.

I just hope he tells us who murdered his dad and his uncle and who helped them do it.

What do you fear most about tomorrow?

Been saying this for years. Ivy League, SWAC, etc. should all compete in the FCS playoffs. It's backward and robbing your student-athletes of a great experience to not participate.

The Ivy League is considering a proposal to allow its football teams to play in the FCS playoffs The proposal, which comes from the Ivy League Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, would need final approval from all of the Ivy League presidents thecrimson.com/article/2024/1…

I've had this conversation with many people lately. Should Billy keep his job? They haven't disappointed this year, they're almost exactly what we thought they would be. Is that good enough? Probably not. His last 4 games will be critical.

Should Florida hold on to Billy Napier? The Gators are playing better than ever but the losses keep pilling up. Are moral victories enough at Florida? Full show: youtube.com/live/45Ei2ZErn…
