Fewer migraines, an unexpected benefit to flexibility training. Yesterday, a student told me that she has half as many migraines as before. And they are less intense. It's these next-level transformations that make it absolutely worth it.


Flexibility training is like doing healthy drugs. It takes me from a terrible stressed-out day to feeling like I can concur anything.


Would you teach algebra before arithmetic? Of course not. Then why go from no movement to hardcore fitness? If you're in it for the long haul, start with flexibility training. Your future athlete will thank you.

An interesting cooking observation I've chosen every single one of my kitchen utensils to cook more efficiently. ✅ Chop faster ✅ Measure with less mess ✅ Reduce dish washing With this system I eat healthy and get to do other things more.

You're failing if you're NOT failing. And then failing again. If you want to be a better stronger version of yourself, you need to push your limits to grow. Failure is inevitable. What are you failing at today?


Simple and short > none ✅ Simple mobility workouts build strength and flexibility. ✅ A short 30-minute workout is better than nothing. It's my go-to on long work days, especially when traveling. What's your favorite workout when you only have 30 minutes?


How to be lazier AND healthier. 1) Obtain instant pot 2) Get chicken breasts and Mexican sauce (example: enchilada, salsa, etc.) 3) Put everything in the pot and pressure cook 4) Shred chicken and toss into salad bowls This takes less time than driving to and from takeout.

Today I taught my first flexibility class since moving to Florida. The day job✈️and the business🧹are fun, but nothing beats the feeling of helping people live healthier and stronger lives 💪🏻 Active flexibility training is the best 🙂
