Next shmup journey is probs gonna be Espgaluda - had a play thru this evening & had fun. The last boss is a pain though 😅 Here I was trying to get thru the stage 4 boss w/out dying… came close but not this time. Made it to s5 on 1 credit, decent start 🙌 #shmup #stg #espgaluda

Two late night #NintendoSwitch arrivals! Animal Well was a Limited Run preorder. I heard it’s like Halo 2 meets Halo 3. Cosmo Dreamer & Like Dreamer was a generous gift from Nils at @eastasiasoft , because I asked if he still had copies left when we met at Tokyo Game Show. 😅
I love @hiro_maruyama's work. He and his studio always seem to do something interesting with the #shmup/STG genre, from the mission variety and "other side" campaign of Strania to the 1v1 brilliance of Senko no Ronde. It's still surreal to me that he played our game at TGS.
@hiro_maruyama has worked on amazing games like my favourite shmup G Darius. He directed Senko No Ronde and Under Defeat, coproduced Gradius V and Ikaruga among other games. Great games. My friend @MKStayOnTarget from @HitPStudio met Mr. Maruyama at TGS! He liked Schildmaid!
