Hey, @CVlautzenheiser — you need to publish in some newspaper(s) an explanation about Critical Race Theory — exactly what it is, what is or is not being taught now regarding CRT, and what is likely to happen in the FUTURE regarding CRT. Almost nobody seems to understand it.

How many of you scroll quickly past any tweet that contains a dog picture?

I know this is basketball sacrilege, and that Dick Vitale is a wonderful person, but I absolutely can’t watch a game where he’s one of the announcers. The guy never shuts up — and most of what he says has nothing to do with what’s happening on the court at the time.

Mike Lindell is having a symposium in Sioux Falls next Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday that will prove that Trump won by a landslide and immediately re-install Trump as President via a 9-0 Supreme Court decision. Only in Trumpian America would anybody listen to such a whack job!

I LOVE Olympic 3x3 basketball! Fast moving. No gang tackling. Rules are a lot like our half-court games when I was a kid. (Also, USA women win gold.)

Tonight’s Van Wert (Ohio) 4-Miler.

As usual, @Bagshoops , you were right about three visits to the mound. Your comrade, whatever his name is, needs to read the high school baseball rule book.

Hey, @MaddiShip , on the controversial play in today’s Florida/South Carolina game, you talked like the fact that the ball hit the third baseman’s glove is prima facie evidence that the ball was fair. What if the glove is on the foul side of the line (which it was)?

Hey, @RebeccaLobo, the violation is called “INTENTIONAL kicking.” The fact that the ball hit the defender’s foot is not necessarily a violation. I assume you know this, but you said nothing about it at the time, and it didn’t look intentional to me.

I see, @RyanRuocco , that you still haven’t learned Broadcasting 101 lesson: When two players have the same last name ALWAYS say the first name. One of Stanford’s Hull twins just hit two free throws, and I have no idea which one. Unbelievable that you don’t know this!

Try this @RebeccaLobo and @RyanRuocco — say, “That was a foul” instead of “Straight up” followed by, after viewing the replay, “That COULD have been called a foul.” We expect honesty and expertise from you two. Geez! So obvious!

Watching Div IV state championship. Officials are calling the fouls! How nice!

Hey, @Bagshoops , I noticed that you said absolutely nothing when Landers was called for the offensive foul that, right or wrong, ended up costing Antwerp a huge win. Your thoughts on the call? Also, how should a TV commentator handle cases where he/she disagrees with a call?

Hey, @dannyholbrook4 — when two players have the same last name (e.g. Gregory) you should ALWAYS say the first name too. I think you know this.

Education for the @WOSNsports announcers who did the Crestview/Ottoville girls game. Ottoville is NOT the Trojans. (I won’t even mention the mis-pronounced names...). Maybe a little pre-game homework would be good...

Hey, @WOSNsports , I just now watched the Jefferson/Fairview girls game, and I have no idea which Lindeman sister did what because the announcers almost always used only her last name! Broadcasting 101: When there are two players with the same last name, ALWAYS use first name!

We’ve waited 1461 days for this! 😄😁👍

Please explain this from today’s Dayton Daily News: The three (Ohio) counties with the highest percentage of Trump (election) support — Holmes (83.3%), Putnam (82.4%), and Mercer (81.8%) — are also the three counties with the highest per-capita COVID-19 hospitalization rates.

Oh, wait, @ssalisbury0 — that’s Ryan , not you, who always mis-pronounces “Connecticut.”

Hey, @ssalisbury0 — it’s “Kun-etty-CUT” — not “Kun-etty-KIT.”
