Mid Dorset Primary Care Network’s frailty team came to Cheriton this week to start providing input and support. I am really excited by this proactive approach #thankyou #providingverybestcare #nhs

I am so excited - we held our first residents forum on Thursday at Cheriton Care Centre! Thank you to Madeleine and Rupert who have offered to chair the forum and to the twenty residents and staff who joined us to discuss ideas for new menus and summer activities @agincare #proud

Our Emergency Department staff are here for you, but please #HelpUsHelpYou by only visiting them in a serious or life-threatening situation. We can then make sure we provide urgent care to those who need it. If you do need medical help, and it's not an emergency, call 111 first.

Make use of support available from local pharmacies over the summer months ☀️ Please don't attend Emergency Departments with minor ailments, they should be used for life threatening situations only. Make use of your local pharmacist for minor ailments. nhsdorset.nhs.uk/blog/make-use-…

If you have an injury that is not life-threatening, you can get help from a Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) rather than going to our Emergency Department. This will allow us to concentrate on those who need us the most. Find your nearest MIU: bit.ly/3FTUUh4
