Patrolling Milton today, found this travelling in a no truck route. Trailer weighed 6400kgs and truck weighed 5450kgs. Only registered for 4500kgs. Over RGW by 7050kgs. Driver only had a G licence. No pre-trip inspection. Had to offload by hand 1800kgs of bricks. ^DB
