Hadleigh had it's very own music festival last night, called Ignite Inside. The festival is a result of the youth strategy survey and the youth council made it happen. There were people in the audience of all ages enjoying the music. PC Kate #PC582 #Hadleightowncouncil

I educated/entertained the Hadleigh Rainbow group this evening. Road safety was the main topic, followed by Halloween advice, trying on the uniform, fingerprint key ring and stickers etc. Fun seemed to be had by all and the odd prank livened things up . PC 1293 Johnson.

They were swiftly located and after discussion with the owners the birds have been signed over to an experienced local Emu keeper to care for from now on. He collected them and they have now joined another Emu and various other animals on the spacious rural smallholding. 2/2

Now that the evenings are drawing in earlier, it's a good time to ensure your lights are all working. Once you've checked your lights, as you are already with your car, have a check of your tyres, breaks, oil and screen wash. PC Kate #PC582
