Some grandparents are fully vaccinated and about to reunite with their grandkids for an Easter celebration. I'm not religious, but Easter is my new favorite holiday now. ❤️

The COVID19 surge is leading to this.
Been getting a lot of emergency requests for nurses in WI, but this was jarring. 4 of these hospitals are in Milwaukee County. Others have gone to crisis/surge mode. This is really serious. Usually I click not available but I’m having a hard time saying no to this one.

Please stop thinking you’re a bad mom if you have to work & send your kids back to school. Or because you decided to keep them home & wonder if you can keep up with the curriculum. We have to stop feeling guilty when we are all doing the best we can. There’s no right answer.
