Work for #HR feels very much like 2019 rather than 2020 through 2023..... I recall people using the term "the new normal", but like with everything, it was just a passing phase through the dynamics of life at work.

Opening an #HR Pandora's box #IR35 still means you can work in a tax-efficient way if all of the criteria are met. It is there to stop "employee-looking" people from paying a lower sum of tax (incorrectly). LinkedIn has such angry people over IR35. Ps am a former contractor
