COVID Kickball. Ball is placed at home plate to kick. No hands allowed to used at all. Runners stop running to bases when fielders pass/dribble ball with feet to base. Let’s riff off this game idea. I think it can be safe. #PhysEd
4 Corner Tag. Ss are split into 4 playing areas. Everyone is it and playing tag in all areas. If tagged, follow arrow and rotate to next area. If tag at same time, RPS. @OlatheElemPE @KAHPERD
➡️In & Out➡️ Ss are working on locomotor skills in #physed today. While moving through the hoops, follow the pattern of the cups. If the cups are in, put them out. If the cups are out, put them in. The group to finish all the way wins.
All too often,we diagnose a young person when we actually should be diagnosing their environment. We need to look at their history of adversity,history of relational health. We put them in a system that they cannot adapt to then we punish them without diagnosing the system🧠🌱

Going back to an idea I had from a number of years ago. “The First Few Minutes” allows students to experiment w/various pieces of equipment as soon as they enter the class. Was able to find a text to voice generator to read instructions. 2,3,4,5 minutes long. #physed #pegeeks
