Historically whenever we play a team that “haven’t won in X” or “player for opposing team hasn’t scored in 9 years”, those games always go against us. I refuse to be told otherwise. Would love to be proven wrong, but of those run of 7/8 games, we might be “considered” weakest.
Yea, losing is shit, but being in third place on points, 11 games in to the season is INFINITELY better than watching Vladimir Stojkovic play it out to Matt Mills, who plays it forwards to Nicolau Dumitru who fires it in for Nicklas Bendtner to poke it wide. #NFFC
It’s one game, yes, but #NFFC never really seemed fully up to it. They haven’t played awfully, but they rode their luck at times in that second half and ultimately paid for it. I’ve seen the script enough times at home to know that when the equaliser goes in, the vibes are off.
