When I was almost hit by an e scooter on the @PATHTrain platform right in front of two cops and was upset that they did nothing about it, yes I was shaking. They told me I was being hysterical and that they didn't see anything.
Community is built on compassion and service, and Hoboken Council President Jen Giattino embodied both in everything she did. It was a privilege to honor her memory on the House Floor today. My thoughts are with her family and all who loved her.
