- the feeling that you can't "make/tell yourself to do X" is the problem - the goal is NOT telling yourself to do things - the goal is to just DO things stop identifying with an internal 'manager' (who has no power anyway) and focus on developing the actual 'employee'

Claude is very smart but the UX wrapper sure freaks out about such things as 'being clicked' or 'looked at'
not to be mad at @AnthropicAI for not having a decent web engineer but: - they don’t even stream responses, they make you wait for the full one (and then fake stream it with a wasteful animation) - they send and receive the entire convo history from the client on each request
