Was skeptical of this one. Didn’t smell great during the cooking process and it turned into quite the gem once all the flavors came together.
Another night, another EXCELLENT soup by @Greg_Gania Tonight’s special? Irish bacon and cabbage soup. And it is delicious.
Been experimenting with making different soups and breads this offseason. So far, have done Sausage & Corn Chowder, Maryland Crab Soup, Ramen, and Tuscan White Bean Soup.

Today is our last day in Europe, seeing the sights of London! Flying back to the states on Monday but it’s been a wonderful time getting a break away from the normal hustle and bustle.
