I just launched a new regular newsletter. It’s called Changing Greece. Here is why.

Hey Europe, time to get your sh*t together.

Greek PM Mitsotakis congratulates new US President Trump.

Congratulations @realDonaldTrump on your election victory. Greece looks forward to further deepening the strategic partnership between our two countries and working together on important regional and global issues.

Europe had 8 years to prepare. Are we ready?

The landslide Trump win should be a big wake up call for a Democratic party whose arrogance and complacency is completely out of touch with the economic and social reality of everyday America today. Betting everything on identity politics and hystericism is a losing strategy.

Sucks to be right.

Personal preferences aside, and unless the debate tomorrow produces a crazy outcome, it looks unlikely to me that Trump will lose. Focusing just on the electoral college, I’m not even sure the race is that tight.

Terrific piece.

Before taking on my new job as the FT's European macro man, I was convinced that complaints about Germany's broken economy were mostly business lobbyists' propaganda. I now looked at the facts in detail and am utterly shocked. ft.com/content/6c345c…

Greek unemployment falls further to 9.3% in September.
