In turn, How do we expect our Educators to excel & love when employers are lurking to find ways to “un-pay?” & ignore best practices while claiming fame. Saying vs doing. Clo$e up magic

For educators- how often have you heard the old counting the days line Time for it to stop

Relationships are built on trust. Admin, If you don’t give teachers responsibilities, a voice in the process, or if you micromanage them, they will assume you don’t trust them. If they don't feel trusted, they will never trust you & strong relationships will never be built.

Open letter to people who stare at me in restaurants because I’m a fat woman eating alone: I’m traveling for work and need to eat. I wasn’t stood up & I’m not lonely. This brisket is delicious & I bet my blood sugar and pressure are better than yours. I’m fat. You’re a jerk.

Often times leaders set a tone without it being sustainable because it sounds collaborative, but in reality only is successful if it is only practiced via their definition du jour. The un-aimed arrow never misses.
