Love this drill! Keep the feet moving in tight short steps or shuffles to gain the right throwing direction on slow rollers.

Fantastic speed and accuracy drill! We do a very similar drill at every practice to get started and results have been fantastic with keeping the feet moving !

Even though our last tourney for fall didn’t turn out like we hoped I am so excited for what’s to come with this team. We’re really only about 2 months old & all still getting to know each other & our coaches. We had fun winning best team costume & I got an MVP & my 1st HR!
