Starbucks is opening a new location in downtown Indianapolis about 1,000 feet from the location it closed in 2022 because of crime and which is now occupied by another coffee shop.
I will remain on record saying Indianapolis is where Nashville or Austin was in the 1990s. Relatively low cost of living, great universities, and low taxes in a capital city are a rare combo.
