Multi WAN setup in the RV is not just one or the other with a fail over. Both WAN's work at the same time. I can configure it any way I like depending on the situation. WWAN proactively scans and switches to a higher prioritized uplink, despite of an already existing connection.

Also a 0% burn on priority fees. 100% of this fee will go straight to the validators, as voted on, and passed by the validators. The burn doesn't allow scarcity because most transactions have a priority fee attached. It's another profit extraction exercise that allows Validators…
So SPOs, who supposedly are the ones most likely affected by and feel most strongly about k parameter (and/or min fixed cost for that matter) don't even get a chance to vote on a parameter change proposal, if one was to be submitted on-chain related to that param 🤔
