In NYC subway chokehold death of Jordan Neely a 30-year old Black man, prosecutors will have a tough time getting a conviction against 24-year old ex Marine Daniel Penny who’s white. Several Witnesses testified Neely was a violent threat-and what Penny did was brave not reckless.
President Biden could cap his lifetime of public service if he could help get Hamas and Israel to agree to an immediate ceasefire and hostage release. Far too many innocent civilians are still being killed.
