Entrega de los Certificados a los primeros Gastro guías que han realizado la formación tras la finalización del Evento final del proyecto europeo Gastro-Guide Project. Cada socio se encarga de hacer entrega de sus certificados en sus países de origen.
María José Meda, Chef de @ELBATAN2011 en Tramacastilla, ha destacado que su negocio es un pequeño proyecto Gastronómico y Hotelero en un espacio rural con poca población pero una fuente de dinamización para la zona.
Luis Berzosa, director de la Escuela de Hostelería y Turismo de Teruel ha destacado la importancia del turismo y la gastronomía. Y ha compartido las diferentes formaciones que se llevan a cabo en la Escuela referentes a estos dos sectores tan importantes en nuestra provincia.
Los socios europeos del proyecto Gastro Guide explican las diferentes partes que se han desarrollado para crear una formación completa para el nuevo perfil profesional Guía Gastronómico. Se han conocido las fases llevadas a cabo en el proyecto y los resultados obtenidos.
Uno de los socios griegos ha explicado un caso de Gastro Turismo en el que ellos participan el cual consiste en una granja escuela que cuenta con el cultivo de diferentes verduras y hortalizas con los que luego ofrecen al turista la experiencia de cocinar sus propios productos.
Hoy acogemos el Evento final del proyecto europeo Gastro-Guide Project en el que se está trabajando desde hace 2 años con 9 entidades de 6 países aunando conocimiento y compartiendo experiencias para impulsar la gastronomía con el turismo rural en territorios despoblados.

In the final stage of our GG project, we're quite busy with the training of the selected gastro-guides and recording the stories and recipes. In Bulgaria, CAHA followed their first Gastro-Guide while she was organizing a culinary festival in Sumer. It looks delicious, right?
