It is clearly very variable. We do full consultant ward rounds 365 days per year. DGH cardiology between 5 of us. Just about to embark on the 6 hour marathon round.

Labour’s Forde report is devastating on factional war against Corbyn

Is there anything like this in the UK's major media outlets? From @OborneTweets in @MiddleEastEye - "Following the ECHR report, Forde is the second major non-partisan document to provide evidence suggesting that Corbyn has been the victim of a grotesque miscarriage of justice."

Today is a very emotional day for us all. After 53 years behind the counter Andrew is retiring, today is his last official day in the shop. We wish him much love, a very happy retirement & hope he enjoys many days of sunshine working & relaxing in his fabulous garden with Isabel!

it feels incredibly gauche to say but I’m memory of my excellent grandad we are raising money for medical aid for palestinians, a cause incredibly close to him and us - i know we sometimes need an excuse to donate to causes we support and there is no better than this

"You can't live with COVID - You can die with COVID". I agree with Conservative MP Craig McKinley on one thing only - I hate lockdowns.

Much of my feed is about Labour's ex-Israeli spy monitoring social media. I look forward to Shami C's return. "Whatever your best intentions about becoming a progressive Labour government, let alone a radical one, you cannot win these arguments by conceding that kind of ground."

Shami Chakrabarti on the dangers of the 'Spy Cops' and Overseas Operations Bills, the Tory culture war against human rights – and why the Labour Party is too scared to stand up to it. tribunemag.co.uk/2021/01/shami-…

Faircloughs built the cover and guaranteed the work. In the late 70’s I had a summer job with them replacing the stressed steel wires that had corroded. As the only student on site you can guess which end I was at as the liquid concrete was fired down.

Yes I know that, we’ve identified the players & the era, my point was that those were the areas of the ground I stood on from the late 60s.

I think that goes back to when the whole of the Blackburn End was uncovered ( b4 our time Jim )

Shows two of the spots we regularly frequented Kevin - that uncovered corner of the Blackburn End particularly poignant as My late Grandad Matt would be with us. And just before halfway on the Riverside from teens to pretty much a decade ago. Few troops down from our heyday

Fantastic picture Adrian but Lancashire day is about remembering and celebrating the traditional County boundaries , which also means remembering the West Riding of Yorkshire. Makes this area a much more interesting place to be when we do.

Good morning everyone . Welcome to Lancashire Day 🌹🌹🌹
