GGCC nets start this Monday @ The Deanery School, Wigan. Sessions run for 11 consecutive weeks between 8-9pm. If you are looking to join a team for the coming year then feel free to come down and join us. Training is £5 for all sessions. You’ll do well to get better value 🏏

Another brilliant game against @Newvictoria_CC today at HQ. A low scoring game - bringing all of the drama you’d expect - saw us win by 7 runs. Similar to the reverse fixture where NVCC won with 3 balls to spare! A great advert for the sport today

Not the result we were hoping for as the game progressed against @WhitefieldCC yesterday. A terrible injury on what seemed to be a run-fest of a game, but players health is more important than any sporting result! Wishing you a speedy recovery Mike 💚
A fine evening at GGCC after 2 good games. 1s beating @AigburthCC in a brilliant close game of cricket and the 2s beating @WinstanleyPark at Paris Avenue where there was a fine example of tail end batting from the visitors 💚
Mixed day for GGCC. 1st team chasing 219 to beat @MerseysideCCC fell short on 176/8. Great game if cricket there. 2nd team victorious @DaltonCricket setting a target of 231 and bowling to the death leaving them short for 20 points in the bag. Good day all round in fairness
