( albedo would take a break from eating it. he looked over at xiao. ) ‘ it is sweet like you. ‘
( they watch fondly, keeping the apple slice held up for him to nibble at. ) i am glad. enjoy it.
( cue the nibbles to the fruit as he flapped his wings. seems like he was very happy. ) ‘oh this is yummy.’
( taking one of the small slices, they hold it up close to him. ) go ahead.
‘sweet ones?’ ( waiting patiently for his apple slices. ) ‘i can not wait to try them with you.’
( putting the slices onto a small plate, they carefully carry it so they could sit down. ) these ones are quite sweet.
( watching the other from the shoulder. ) ‘ oh this apple looks really good. ‘
you did well. ( gently nuzzling against him before they go to cut an apple into small pieces. )
( whistling happily as he went to make sure way to that shoulder. he puffed up his chest like a proud bird. ) ‘i could not do that easily before.’
( the whistling makes them pause for a second, then they smile. whistling along as they look down at him. ) could you come sit on my shoulder while i cut the fruit?
( albedo began to whistle a song. one very familiar to xiao since the other hummed it so much albedo picked up on it. ) ‘we can share.’
i can cut you some slices. ( soft coos. giving a few more little kisses as they head for the kitchen. )
oh fruit ? a little snack does sound good right now. ( flapping his wings at the kisses. )
good. zhongli gave me fruit to bring home for you two, so i put it in the kitchen. ( giving gentle, tiny kisses to his head. )
( happy feet taps. albedo liked that now the two were at this stage of their relationship. shamelessly flirting . . . he never thought he would do this with anyone. ) yes i have. baby bird has been a helpful little one since i have became round and small.
i will gladly eat you up when you are yourself again. ( very blunt, as always, even if their cheeks were a bit pink. ) have you eaten?
( chirp ! ) ‘ don ‘ t eat me in this form. i can . . . be eaten up in a different kind of way in my other form. ‘ ( flustered trills. )
( gently rubbing their thumb against his head, pupils blown. ) you are so very cute. i could eat you up.
‘ i would really enjoy that. ‘ ( trilling back ! albedo looked up at xiao and rubbed against the other ‘ s thumb. )
( chirp ! ) ‘ i tried my best to. it is different when you are the one doing it to yourself. ‘
has it? i am glad. ( they lean in, giving a tiny kiss to his head. ) did you preen your feathers today, starlight?
