Late to post, but EDP is off to an amazing year already!! We spent the first week of school talking about ways we can build character, how to speak kindly to friends, and we built lots of different kinds of bridges so we can start learning how to work together! 🤩🎉

This week marked the end of our Level Up Olympic Games with Rocket League! The kids spent the week making cars and practicing their soccer skills! Congratulations to Team Gratitude for winning the tournament!! FUN was definitely had by all!!! 🚀 🚙 ⚽️ 🥅. #EDPAllStars
Our partner program with the Colleyville Garden Club has officially begun! Our kids are loving this hands-on exposure to plants!! This week they are discussing the life cycle of flowers, and making a mobile greenhouse! #EDPAllStars @MeganScarborou8

Since winter break, EDP has been focused on healthy habits and mindfulness! They have even leaned about the digestive system 🤓. Who doesn’t love to see kids doing yoga?! It’s priceless!! 🍏🫐🍓🍇

‼️GCISD's Extended Day Program is hiring‼️ The EDP provides child care before and after school on each elementary campus. Working hours run from 11 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. or 2 - 6:30 p.m., and the starting pay is $17-$22 an hour. Click to learn more: tinyurl.com/Edp-hiring
