All of us want Washington to remain a beautiful, healthy place to live, work, and do business. 🌄 In fact, more than 575 organizations and Tribal Nations oppose Initiative 2117. That’s unprecedented. That’s why we should all vote NO on I-2117 by TOMORROW.

The #transit secrets that the @seattletimes doesn't want you to know: YOU CAN TAKE ALL THESE BUSES TO LIGHT RAIL STATIONS. Many of these routes are now more frequent and operate at more hours of the day (including weekends!) than they did before light rail opened.

Parking can run out at Lynnwood by 8:30 a.m., leaving some would-be riders to ditch light rail for yet another I-5 drive. Other stations' garages are filling, too. st.news/4hrl3Y2

We are building a sixplex in Spokane we designed as a middle housing demonstration project. With Seattle's draft NR Zoning update, I wanted to know whether we could reproduce that design here closer to home. Short answer: Yes (pro forma needs work though)

.@SpokaneCity has emerged as a pro-housing leader, with our zoning policies gaining attention both statewide and nationwide. While many cities are just exploring the end of single-family zoning, we are already ahead of the curve. @TheInlander inlander.com/news/how-spoka…

Ballots are out and you'll get to vote on 2117, a dangerous initiative that would repeal the Climate Commitment Act and gut transportation funding. Take a stand and join Futurewise at our NO on 2117 phonebank TONIGHT over zoom. RSVP here for zoom link: mobilize.us/s/GfIndK

🐌 Let’s face it: Sometimes Washington traffic goes at a snail’s pace. But I-2117 would only make our commutes more sluggish. It cuts billions from our transpo funding plan, putting road and bridge projects at risk. I-2117 means more traffic. Vote NO. no2117.com/what-would-i-2…
