Sweaty session 😆 took a while for the heart rate to come back down after that session. Holding my self to account after missing a few sessions due to workload.. this was much needed.
Weekend away, kipping in a tree house with hottub, roll top copper bath, hammock, outdoor shower. Pizza oven, indoor log burner and a sauna. 😆 I'm that relaxed I'm shattered.
