Went on a 7 hour birding cruise in Bellingham that took us through the San Juan Islands, saw my first whale. In fact there were 3 Humpback Whales together. Perfect timing that one of them just happened to flip its tail up with Mt. Baker in the background. #PNW

Went to @MountRainierNPS on Sun night into Mon morning to capture the #PerseidMeteorShower. Drove around the whole mtn in search of a no fog zone. Delighted to see the Aurora out! Got a couple of streaks in the sky and even spotted a bit of the Milky Way.
Watching the Olympics is giving me fomo of wanting to be a sports photographer suddenly. I photograph fast moving birds so I feel like I could do it!

I watched the shift happen with the NFL having a higher female viewership last year, fathers bonding more with their daughters, the positivity that came with Taylor being a part of the KC Chiefs. Anyways Harrison needs to be cut from the team. Smallest man who ever lived.
