The Leicestershire Cricket Society holds a lunchtime meeting on Thursday 28th November in the Charles Palmer Suite, Grace Road starting at 1.30pm when Angus Fraser, ex Middlesex & England bowler will be our speaker. Bar open 1pm, raffle & 2nd hand bookstall. Visitors welcome £5

Earlier tonight FoGR held their 9th Annual Quiz at @leicsccc The quiz was won by 'Loads of Wisden' comprising Mark & Awen Simpson, Leigh Sharman & @paulgudj Congratulations guys 🍾 👏 Thanks to the 26 teams who took part FoGR raised £700 to help support the Club.


Today is the anniversary of the passing of our dear friend John Stew. John was a former Chair of FoGR and his service and contribution to @leicsccc was immense. We miss you John - RIP.

Friends of Grace Road are saddened to hear of the death of Jim Stone, a Vice President of @leicsccc - Jim was a former Treasurer of LCCC and a longstanding supporter of FoGR. We send our condolences to Jim's family.

So it's finally here - the last day of the cricket season 😢 We've still got some cake left so pop in to the FoGR cafe this afternoon and pick up your final 'sugar rush' of the season 🍰 Thanks to all our customers who have helped our volunteers raise money to support @leicsccc


It's a lovely day today ☀️ make the most of it with a trip to Grace Road and the FoGR Cafe under The Meet. We have loads of home-made cake & hot drinks for sale. We're open from 2pm to 4pm so come down and see us 🍰🫖


No play yesterday and more rain overnight ☔️ Forecast a little better 🤞 if there is play the FoGR cafe under The Meet will be open this afternoon for the sale of home-made cakes and hot drinks 🍰🫖


It's the final championship game of the season @leicsccc v @DerbyshireCCC at Grace Road. Weather permitting, the FoGR cafe will be open from 2pm to 4pm for the sale of home-made cakes & hot drinks. We look forward to seeing you 🍰☕️
