Yesterday saw an in-house friendly between our under 11&12s squads as a warm up to the season ahead. There was some great football played by both groups and we look forward to seeing how they do this year. Well done girls 👏

Yesterday saw our U13s take on @WrexhamGirlsFA down @FlintTownFC essity stadium. Both sets of girls put in a tremendous effort and played some excellent football but congratulations to Wrexham on getting the result. We look forward to seeing our girls back in action very soon 👏

Finally our u14s squad also hit the gym this weekend as they were put through their paces with a testing strength and conditioning session. We look forward to seeing the girls back in action very soon

Also a great week for our u13s squad who themselves got a great result away from home and also started a 6 week fitness course to give the girls am insight into aspects such as strength and conditioning, stamina and endurance and rest and recovery to aid their development

Huge well done to our under 15s squad for two great results in the space of 7 days in tough weather conditions. That makes it 3 on the bounce for the girls now and we look forward to seeing how their season concludes in a competitive North Wales division this year.
