Andrew Garfield says people shouldn’t let the fear of grief “lock ourselves off from love, from risk & from truly living fully because it hurts to live fully.” “It hurts to love fully — it hurts to attach because of the inevitability of the loss that comes with it. But it's…

Today is #WorldSuicidePreventionDay.   We can all help to prevent suicide by starting the conversation and creating a culture of openness, understanding and support.   Remember, it is not always obvious when somebody needs help.

Tonight’s shameful scenes do not represent our culture, our history, or our people. Our great city is built on togetherness and acceptance, and Sunderland will forever be for all. We are stronger as one community. Now. Then. Always. ❤️🤍

The emotion in his voice is so clear when you watch the footage of this interview. Acceptance of mental health is miles better than if was even 10 years ago but even so, Richarlison deserves endless credit for speaking so openly on camera about it all.

From ESPN UK

This is an extremely brave thing for Richarlison to open up about publicly given his fame. His case, alongside so many others, proves that depression has nothing to do with personal circumstance, it can grab hold of anyone at any point in their life. All power to him. 🫡

Tell you what, cheering players coming off the pitch is absolutely embarrassing
