After my wife passed 2 yrs ago. I became depressed and my health went down hill. 4 mths ago I decided to change and I have, down 100lbs 3 pant/shirt sizes. My goal is to get back to walking, hiking, sports and I want to coach again. I praise my Family and my Faith 4 the support👍
Today is a great day, my Sailor is home on leave. Boy did I miss him. He graduated top of his class from A School. Surprised my Mom, Dad and mother-in-law this morning.
Congratulations to my son who completed Naval boot camp. Now he is off to A school in Charleston SC, so proud of him Hooyah sailor.
